Roman Fish
A client from Austin, Texas wanted us to carve a replica of a 50 year old Roman Fish she has hanging from her house using the trunk of a live oak tree that was recently cut down.
Live Oak is notoriously difficult to work with, as it has an unfortunate tendency to crack and split, so not many projects make use of live oak.
As you can see, it takes a master craftsman that knows how to work with any type of wood to create beautiful art.
